Cartoon drawing is an art I always wanted to learn since I was small.
I was one of those 90s kids who loved cartoons and I really believe 90s cartoon shows were really some of the best of all time.
My brother is an artist and I always wanted to learn how to draw cartoons like him, but I never got the time to practice my cartoon drawing skills.

Cartoons are typically western animation whose target audience is children. Anime is japanese-made animation, and they are not necessarily aimed at children.
