Tech Interview Pro course is taught by TechLead who is a Silicon Valley based software engineer by the name Patrick Shyu. He is self-proclaimed Technophile, and he has spent many years of his life working in large tech companies such as Facebook also being a digital nomad and living in Japan.
In his early career, TechLead joined companies like Groupon and Sony in technical roles. TechLead also worked for worldwide social platforms like Google and Facebook.
TechLead got rejected continuously for almost 8 years before getting the opportunity to join Google, and according to him, his path to get there was not very easy.
He almost kept applying at Google from 2006 to 2014, but his wait and hard work finally paid off, and he recieved an offer from Google.
After giving his 100% and working for many years at Google, TechLead got promoted.
He got promoted from just being an employee to taking interviews of many software engineers who were seeking and were very keenly interested in getting a job at Google, and most of them were looking for applying at the same positions.
It was during this time and taking so many interviews, he learned and knew how a candidate should be selected or rejected.
According to him, he started noticing the basic things including key technical and behavioral skills that companies such as Google looks for in a candidate.
