Noisebridge is community-operated hackspace wherein a majority of people are artists and audiences who are interested in the intersection of art and technology.
To participate in Noisebridge, you do not have to pay any membership fees.
The amenities offered at Noisebridge include infrastructure for work utilizing textiles, music, wood, metal, computer programming, electronics, science, robotics and space for events.
An educational non-profit institution, Noisebridge, is a collaborative space open to people interested in programming, hardware, hacking, physics, chemistry, security, robotics, art and technology.
Noisebridge organizes workshops and projects which builds up room for collaboration, learning and mentoring.

Noisebridge is the largest non-profit hackerspace in San Francisco which is run entirely by volunteers and tax-deductible monetary donations. If you want to contribute to Noisebridge, you can do it in three ways:
Philanthropy: By contributing financially to Noisebridge, you will have 24/7 access to this hackerspace. You can donate your money on Patreon, with a credit card or via PayPal. You must pay a recurring monthly donation to Noisebridge and you will be recognized for being outstanding.
Membership: Membership at Noisebridge entails contribution in the official governance process, that is, duties to learn, improve and govern Noisebridge.
Local Community Outreach: Noisebridge is looking forward to helping in co-ordinating the collaborations with local schools and other Mission district organizations. The hackerspace has been existing in the Mission Street for more than a decade now. “We’re supported by all the people who use the hackerspace, donating their time, donating their energy and donating their cash,” said a so-called hacker-in-residence of Noisebridge.
The common link which keeps Noisebridge together is a shared desire to educate, said Naomi Lundman, who has been at Noisebridge for two weeks. “I have an ongoing project at Noisebridge,” Lundman said. “I’m able to use most of the resources. Everyone here is so helpful. There’s the motto of this hackerspace ‘be excellent to each other.’ And I’ve definitely experienced that.”
Location: Noisebridge is very close to the bus stations at 2169 Mission Street. Commuting to Noisebridge is easy as it is a few blocks away from the 22 Fillmore and 12 Folsom Mini-busses. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes and salons around Noisebridge.
